This Hotel is a bit old and tired and would benefit from a good makeover. The attraction is the fact that it is so close to the ferry terminal. We must particularly mention of Carol who apparently does the accounts, but was the receptionist and also served behind the bar during our visit. Carol went out of her way to move her car so that I could park my convertible in a more secure place. With staff like Carol you can forget about the rest. Thank you Carol for being so kind.

the staff were friendly & were very helpful, the room was clean
the only things we didnt like was not being able to control the heat in the room as it was so hot, then the bed sagged in the middle so it wasnt to comfy

Very spacious room with good facilities. bathrooms and towels of good quality, clean and tidy. The hotel is ideal for staying at prior to getting ferry etc. Located centrally just down from the port
